If you select FedEx Ground or FedEx Express as you preferred shipping method please be aware that orders from $100 to $500 will automatically ship “Indirect Signature Required”. Orders over $500 will be automatically adjusted to “Direct Signature Required”. If these default methods are not your preference please include a note on your order requesting the particulars that suit you and your address best. Neither Bullberry nor FedEx will be held responsible for lost or stolen packages in the instance that you request “No Signature Required”.
Bullberry stands behind all its products for customer satisfaction and against defect. Items produced by Bullberry carry a full replacement warranty for their quality and craftsmanship. Though ready-to-ship woodwork cannot be guaranteed to fit you as the custom-ordered woodwork we produce is, should any defect in wood grain occur during normal usage, or any flaw in finish be found or develop over time simply return the affected item(s) to us for repair or replacement. Returns of product that clearly show evidence of being dropped as the cause of defect will not be covered.  Please see our Accuracy Guarantee for additional information specifically about our manufactured barrels.
Apart from our Shotgun barrels, all barrels produced by Bullberry are guaranteed to shoot sub minute-of-angle accuracy when used with our forearm hanger system — 5-shots under 1-inch at 100 yards. If you find that your Bullberry barrel is not performing to this standard please call 1-435-635-9866 or email fred@bullberry.com to discuss your experience. If your Bullberry barrel's accuracy is not as specified, we will refund the cost of the barrel or replace it at no cost to you, once your firearm has been sent to us and your barrel has been inspected for defect and/or in-house tested for accuracy with inaccuracy being confirmed. Any time a firearm is sent to us for such testing we will discuss your barrel's performance with you by phone and may send you targets and load details for you to get the best results from your Bullberry barrel.
